FOOTBAG

In my opinion footbag is one of the easiest ways to stay fit, develop important attributes and have fun. It should be incorporated in all physical education programs around the world. It is so good that 5 thousand years ago a Chinese Emperor used as part of the military training.

I love playing footbag but right now I'm not dedicating time to it. Occasionally I play net with Robert and Jesus in the Apolo court, Guaynabo, PR. When I'm lucky and have a business trip to Bogota, Colombia I play with Edgar Camargo and he's gang of footbagers.

I used to make footbags but now it is easier and cheaper to import theme.
