The Webcam is normally operating from 0900 ET to 2400ET with brief outages.  Lights are scheduled to come on at 1500 ET.  The actincs (blue) lights come on first followed by the metal halides 2 hours later.  Lights out is scheduled to begin at 2000 ET beginning with the metal halides and then followed by the atinics at 2400.
