Víctor Vega Paláu
Mr. Víctor Vega Paláu, Senior
Partner, has over 38 years of experience in the
public accounting field, twenty of those with
Touche Ross & Co. in San Juan. He founded
Vega Paláu & Co. in 1979 and has headed its
operations since. He is responsible for all
engagements in the office including solving
technical and operational problems in accounting,
auditing and financial reporting. He also handles
all matters dealing with clients' tax compliance
requirements. He has a BBA in accounting from the
University of Puerto Rico (San Juan, Puerto
Rico).
Mrs. Aileen M. Vega
Mrs. Aileen M. Vega, Audit
Partner, has 15 years of experience in the public
accounting field, seven of those with Laventhol
& Herewith in San Juan. She joined Vega Paláu
& Co. in 1990. Responsible for direction,
management and execution of all phases of audit
engagements in many industries. She is also
responsible for monitoring quality control
policies and procedures established by the firm.
She has a BBA in accounting from St. Louis
University (St. Louis, Missouri).
Mr. Ricardo Ruiz
Mr. Ricardo Ruiz, Audit Partner,
has four years of experience in the private
sector and over 22 years in the public accounting
field, eleven of those with Touche Ross & Co.
and Price Waterhouse & Co. He joined Vega Paláu
& Co. in 1984. Responsible for direction,
management and execution of all phases of audit
engagements in many industries, and for providing
tax and write-up accounting services to various
clients. He has a BBA in accounting from the
University of Puerto Rico (San Juan, Puerto
Rico).
